MK Bay Marina at 4935 Kitamaat Village Road is a full service, community based marina at the head of Douglas Channel, on traditional Haisla territory. It offers long term and short term moorage, an on site boat launch, fish processing, and a store with ice, food, tackle and boating supplies. Free WiFi, laundry and showers are available.
The fishing season peaks from June to September, when spring salmon, pinks, steelhead, chum and coho come into the harbour, and crab, halibut and cod can be caught year round. Charters can be booked through the marina, which is a division of Mill Bay Marine Group Properties.
