Child & Youth Mental Health (CYMH)

Child and Youth Mental Health runs intake clinics where children, youth and their families can get a same-day first assessment from a trained professional in a confidential setting. Services are free for ages 0 to 18 who are having significant difficulties with their thoughts, feelings or behaviour.

Common concerns include anxiety, depression, severe behaviour problems, psychosis and complex mental health needs. Call or text 250-279-3927 to book an intake. The office is wheelchair accessible.
